I just wanted to put a recap on my exciting week. It was full of celebrations and anticipation. On Tuesday, my brother turned thirty-five. Yes, we've got quite a gap in age. We celebrated the day at home. The following day, the family went swimming (we like water) while I was at work. I followed to the location after work in time for dinner. I waited a while though, so I could listen to the Giants game during the dreaded drive. I hate driving.
Mid-week, I had an interview for another job. I was nervous and excited and hopeful all at the same time. I thought the interview went well, not exactly well enough to probably make the interviewers to want me. I had to wait until Friday to know the results. On Thursday, my phone was malfunctioning. Calls weren't coming through, and text messages and voicemails didn't come until hours later. I missed three important calls: counselor, Kings representative, and a recruiter. Nonetheless, I received the call on Friday, and was given the absolute great news. SCORE!
On Thursday, the boyfriend and I met with Brandon Lohmann, a sales & marketing representative for the Sacramento Kings. He gave us a brief run-through of Arco Arena, and then gave us possibilities to become season ticket holders. We're thinking about getting quarter season tickets, but we'll see. However, if you do decided you want to be season ticket holders, contact Brandon! He's super nice. Shoot me a message, and I'd be happy to send you his number.
Yesterday, I took my dad and boyfriend to watch the three-game series opener of Giants vs Padres at AT&T Park. Although we lost, we still had an amazing time. My dad got me the Pablo Sandoval Panda Hat -- finally! :) I've been wanting one for so long. Lol! We had great seats, but it was too bad that no balls came our way. Next time, heh. The Giants won today though in the 11th inning.
That's pretty much it for my week. :)
p.s. I seriously enjoy getting glimpses of my number fifty-seven. Hahah. -___-
